Not fixed in R8.5.1

I have seen the same error in 8.5.1 running on a Windows 7 machine. The client was upgraded from 6.5.5 to 8.5.1, doesn't happen all the time though. Also, this user is running the Client in the Basic mode, not the Eclipse Standard mode.
